Submission Terms

These terms apply when you send one or more voice notes or notes (“your submission”) to Toxic, But You Love Me, a podcast operated by 24-7 Solutions LLC (“we,” “us”). By sending a submission, you agree to them.

1. You must be 18+

Only adults can send submissions.

2. What you promise

• It’s your own story, and you have the right to send it.
• Everyone whose voice is in the recording agreed to be recorded and to this use. Florida and many other states require everyone’s consent to record a private conversation.
• You left out real names, addresses, and other details that identify anyone.
• Nothing in it is illegal, threatening, or shares someone else’s private messages, photos, or recordings without their permission.

3. What you let us do

You give 24-7 Solutions LLC, and anyone we authorize, permission to use your submission, now and in the future, anywhere in the world, without payment. That includes listening to it, editing it, disguising your voice, transcribing it, discussing it, reacting to it, and playing, publishing, and promoting it in any format, including the podcast, video, clips, and social media. You keep ownership of your story. This permission is non-exclusive, and it can’t be taken back once your submission has aired or been published.

4. What we promise

• We disguise every voice before it airs.
• We never say your name or share your contact details on air.
• If you leave your number, we only use it to call or text you about your story.
• We won’t sell your personal information.

We can’t control whether someone recognizes a story they already know, so share only what you’re comfortable with.

5. Callbacks

If you leave your number, we may call or text you to hear more of your story. We’ll tell you before we record a call, and you can say no. A call you agree to have recorded counts as part of your submission under these terms.

6. No payment, no guarantee

Submissions are voluntary and unpaid. We decide whether, when, and how to use any submission. We may shorten it, combine it, paraphrase it, or never use it.

7. Changing your mind

Before your submission airs, you can ask us not to use it by emailing hello@toxicbutyouloveme.com with the approximate date you sent it and what it was about. Once something has aired or been published, we can’t pull back copies that are already out, but we’ll stop future use where we reasonably can.

8. Responsibility

You’re responsible for what you send. If a claim is brought against us because a promise in section 2 wasn’t true, you agree to cover the reasonable costs that result. We may report illegal content or credible threats to the authorities.

9. The rest

These terms are governed by Florida law. If we change them, we’ll update the date at the top, and the version in effect when you sent your submission applies to it. Questions: hello@toxicbutyouloveme.com.
